Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You can return your item and receive a full refund in the following situations:

  1. Quality Issues: If your order arrives with defects or quality problems, please reach out within 2 days of receiving it. We will initiate the return process and issue a full refund after inspecting and confirming the issue.
  2. Printing Errors: If there’s a printing mistake or if the product does not match the approved design, contact us within 2 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a return and provide a full refund once the issue is verified.
  3. Delivery Delays: If your order is delivered more than 15 days past the estimated delivery date (and the delay isn’t due to factors beyond our control), you may be eligible for a return and a full refund.
Non-Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  1. Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted if you change your mind after placing your order or if the product matches your original specifications.
  2. Mistaken Orders: We cannot accept returns for orders placed in error. Please double-check your order before finalizing it.
Return Process

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

Open a support ticket within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Our customer support team will assist you with the return process and provide instructions for returning the product. Please include the original packing slip with the item. Note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm eligibility for a refund, we will process it within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
